Beijing Tus-Tsingyun Energy Tech Co., Ltd. (Tsingyun) is a national high-tech enterprise, which is engaged in the development, investment, construction and operation of distributed green energy, providing holistic solutions of smart energy, carrying out the design and construction of park or city level energy Internet, and to be a leader of distributed green energy in china.

Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to TusHoldings), set up on July 24th, 2000, is the former Tsinghua University Science Park (TusPark) Development Center founded in August 1994. TusHoldings is an S&T investment holdings group established in reliance on Tsinghua University focusing on S&T services. It takes full responsibility for developing, constructing, operating and managing TusPark, and it’s one of the first National Demonstration Enterprises in modern service industry.

Relying on various financial instruments such as fund, green energy bond, financial leasing, Tus-Tsingyun provides smart green energy services for group customers, government parks and etc. The major business area covers various important provinces such as Shandong, Jiangsu, Hebei, Henan, Tianjin, Guangdong and etc. Tus-Tsingyun’s total installed capacity of PV has exceeded 700 MW. The reserved PV, wind power and comprehensive energy projects has reached 3.2 GW. Solarule system has covered over 1GW projects.

Taking the micro-grid as the core and applying the Solarule system, Tus-Tsingyun smart energy holistic solution improves energy efficiency and reduces comprehensive energy consumption cost by peak clipping and valley filling, reactive power compensation, demand prediction and demand response by analyzing the power users’ operation data, loading curve and power report, as well as building energy-saving transformation.

As a representative enterprise of Tsinghua University clean energy industry, Tus-Tsingyun’s core management team is composed of doctor and master of Tsinghua University. We has explored and developed a unique business model and management form.

MEI Meng, professor at Tsinghua University, graduated from the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University in 1982.
He now works as Honorary Chairman of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd., director of TusPark Development Center, vice dean of TusPark Research Institute for Innovation and director of Zhongguancun Industrial Technology Alliance Association.
In 1994, he was assigned to lead the founding of Tsinghua University Science Park (TusPark) and since then, he has been engaged in the construction and management of TusPark.As a professor of Tsinghua University, he also teaches courses at Tsinghua University, such as High-tech Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, and Venture Opportunity Screening and Business Plan and Establishment of A New Business, thereby making his due contribution to cultivating innovative talents and promoting the mission of entrepreneurship.
WEN Hui

Mr. WEN Hui graduated from the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University in 1994 and graduated from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University in 1997 with a degree of MBA.
Mr. WEN Hui currently works as Vice President of TusHoldings, Chairman & President of Tus-Clean Energy Technology, Chairman of Beijing Tsingyun Solar Technology Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman of Beijing Yadu Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Vice President of Beijing Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice President of Tsinghua MBA Alumni Association, President of Energy and Environmental Protection Association of Tsinghua MBA Alumni Association, Tsinghua MBA Alumni Mentor, Tsinghua x-lab Entrepreneurship Mentor, etc., and he once worked as President of Beijing Yadu Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd..
JIN Yang

Mr. JIN Yang graduated from the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University in 2010 and graduated from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University in 2018 with a degree of EMBA.
He is the former executive director of S&T Department of China Electric Power Science Research Institute of State Grid. He was appointed as the Vice Chairman and CEO of Beijing Tus-Tsingyun Energy Technology Co., Ltd in 2014.

General Manager of Tus-Tsingyun Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. NIU.Daoheng graduated from the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University in 2009.
For 2009-2016 years, he worked as a chief engineer in CRSC. He was appointed as the General Manager of Beijing Tus-Tsingyun Energy Technology Co., Ltd.in 2018.
